Responsibilities & Requirements
- Assists in leasing activities and resident relations
- Maintains courteous and helpful attitude to residents and prospects
- Is aware of competitive communities rent levels and amenities and all community and area facts and statistics
- Assists in maintaining accurate resident records
- Assists the Property Manager in the day-to-day operation of the property as necessary

- Prompt and courteous handling of all resident service requests
- Maintenance of vacant apartments according to schedule
- Maintain an adequate inventory of parts and supplies
- Set up and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Assist in the development and maintenance of safe working conditions
- Maintain neat, orderly, and safe workshop and storage areas
