Throughout the years, the principals of the company have been involved in several high profile commercial projects such as Buckingham Village in Washington, D.C., Dallas Alley in the West End Dallas, Texas and the Waterford Falls development in Richardson, Texas.
The commercial division focuses on the acquisition, asset management, renovation, repositioning and disposition of commercial properties throughout Texas. Brokerage services include buyer and seller representation, site selection, leasing, tenant representation, and consulting. Our management services include asset management, construction management, and property tax consulting.
The residential division focuses on buyer and seller representation, residential lending, and property tax services. KAMCO Property Company provides one stop shopping for a client’s residential real estate needs.

Long term business relationships are forged over time through many trials, tribulations, and experiences. We strongly believe in tenant relations and hands on management. This rewards us with excellent tenant retention and successful renewal negotiations upon lease expiration.
Our property management agents drive extremely hard bargains with our approved vendors and suppliers, but each property processes and funds accounts payable in less than 30 days. The cheapest price is not always the best value. Each long term capital expenditure is discussed in detail in advance with the owner’s representative to insure compatibility regarding price and function. Smaller expenditures are determined by the owner’s philosophy.
Our senior staff excels in value added opportunities, especially through renovation, re-tenanting, and reconstruction. Inherently, rental increases are aggressive, but we justify to the tenant the value added by the Landlord to their businesses or residence, and we strive to provide prompt maintenance at every property, as well as 24 hour emergency services.
The ultimate culmination to a successful repositioning of an asset results in a sale for substantial profit for the owner.

Mr. Kaminski’s twenty four year career in commercial real estate has comprised acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and finance. Prior to forming KAMCO Property Company, Mr. Kaminski was the Director of Dispositions for Hall Financial Group, Inc. where he directed the sales and marketing of a $3.5 billion dollar real estate portfolio, consisting of 60,000 apartment units, 3.0 million square feet of commercial, retail, land and manufactured housing communities in over 30 states.
Mr. Kaminski has developed several mixed use developments in Texas, and he has a wide range of experience in the financing of properties with conventional and CMBS loan sources, as well as the governmental loan programs HUD 221 (D)(4), 223(F), and the FNMA DUS. Prior to real estate, Mr. Kaminski was a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Mr. Kaminski graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. KAMCO Property Company is a mid-size full service brokerage, development, and asset management firm for the southwestern United States. Affiliates of the company have investments in several retail, industrial, hotel, land development, and multifamily properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Waco and South Padre Island areas of Texas,Tampa, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally affiliates are developing several single-family subdivisions and commercial properties throughout the state of Texas.
