Bryan J. Kaminski - President

Mr. Kaminski's twenty four year career in commercial real estate has comprised acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and finance. Prior to forming KAMCO Property Company, Mr. Kaminski was the Director of Dispositions for Hall Financial Group, Inc. where he directed the sales and marketing of a $3.5 billion dollar real estate portfolio, consisting of 60,000 apartment units, 3.0 million square feet of commercial, retail, land and manufactured housing communities in over 30 states.

Mr. Kaminski has developed several mixed use developments in Texas, and he has a wide range of experience in the financing of properties with conventional and CMBS loan sources, as well as the governmental loan programs HUD 221 (D)(4), 223(F), and the FNMA DUS. Prior to real estate, Mr. Kaminski was a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Mr. Kaminski graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. KAMCO Property Company is a mid-size full service brokerage, development, and management firm for the southwestern United States. The Company currently owns and operates several retail, industrial, hotel, land development, and multifamily properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Waco and South Padre Island areas of Texas and Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally, the firm is developing several single-family subdivisions and commercial properties throughout the state of Texas.

April Bates, CAM, CAPS- Asset Manager

Ms. Bates twenty seven year career in multi-family real estate management has comprised acquisition, disposition, development, renovation, and asset management. Prior to joining Kamco Property Company, Ms. Bates was Regional Supervisor for Rishon Corporation where she oversaw the management and operations of a 1,200 unit portfolio consisting of 1,000 LIHTC units and 200 conventional units. She was responsible for the renovation, marketing, staff training, compliance and the overall economic growth of the portfolio.

Prior to working for Rishon Corporation, Ms. Bates was the Asset Manager for Outreach Housing Corporation, where she helped oversee development, construction, marketing, staff training and compliance of a $400,000,000 real estate portfolio consisting of 5,000 LIHTC units throughout the state Texas.

Ms. Bates also has several years of direct management and renovation experience with several portfolios ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 units of LIHTC and conventional apartment communities. Ms. Bates has her CAM and her CAPS through the National Apartment Association and she attends LIHTC classes quarterly. Ms. Bates is also currently studying Criminal Justice.
